Cabinetworks Group is seeking a production associate to join the miter door cell, performing chop/stage parts, operate equipment, and move material. Safety and quality are emphasized, with attention to detail to avoid scrap and meet production goals.
The role requires basic carpentry exposure, ability to read a tape measure, and teamwork. The shift is full-time with potential overtime; candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
Job Description Starting at $18.69/hr (up to $21.14/hr)
With proper training will be part of a team responsible for any of the following: chopping/staging parts for assembly, operating all equipment in the miter door cell, and moving material. Must be extremely safety conscious and have good housekeeping habits. Must be detail oriented to avoid scrap. Must meet all quality standards and production goals. Must be willing to perform any other tasks required for the success of the department.
