Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking a dependable General Labor candidate in the Richmond/Rosenberg area to train and build a career with the company.

The role requires rotating shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM) with a pay rate of 15 USD per hour. The candidate will promote along a facility-defined progression path and must meet safety and attendance requirements.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety procedures and zero-injury culture.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and call-ins.
• Demonstrates initiative and works well both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inspection records and complete work orders.
• Attend safety training sessions and pass tests for job duties.
• Operate listed equipment (forklift, packer, hand trucks, etc.).
• Meet company safety procedures and attendance expectations.

General Labor Position

Location: Richmond/Rosenberg Area

Manufacturing Facility seeking dependable General Labor Candidate to train and building a career with their company.

• Must be able to work a rotating shift working all three shifts.
• Shifts: 1st shift: 7 AM to 3 PM, 2nd shift: 3PM to 11PM 3rd shift 11PM to 7AM
• Pay rate: .$15./ hour

Candidate will be expected to promote in the line of progression established by the facility.

• Maintain inspection records and complete work order
• Attend safety training sessions and be able to pass associated tests for job duty requirements
• Operate the following equipment: forklift, packer, hand trucks, scoop, shovel, broom, pressure washer, tape measure, scales, fall restraint systems, mid loading equipment and car pullers.

• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: physical testing of up to 50 lbs, prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, call-in/call-back when needed
• Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
