Position Details

• Role & Responsibilities:
• Set the speed of the divider to the required standard, ensure accurate scaling, and complete divider quality check sheets.
• Operate the mixer by communicating with previous operators, scaling ingredients, and managing dough cycles.
• Complete documentation for wrapping, including weight, temperatures, slice counts, and lot traceability.
• Review current production run lists, communicate with team members, and complete quality and safety checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow GMP standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Ability to arrive on time consistently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or stoop for full shifts, and work in loud, hot environments.
• Willingness to work irregular shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be 18 years or older.
