Job summary

Vitality Staffing is seeking a full-time general handyman for a long-term temporary role in New Jersey. The position runs 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime and late work as needed, and pays $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include general construction tasks such as painting, drywall, flooring, snow removal, and other repairs, plus maintenance of offices and warehouse facilities. Forklift or pallet jack certification is a plus but not required.

Job description

Afull-time GeneralHandyman Candidatefor ourMaintenance Department.

This will be strictly aLong-Term Temp position.

Hours:6:00AM–4:00PM(or until finished). Must be flexible with overtime and willing to stay late when necessary.

Thepay rate rangewill be$20.00/hr. to $22.00hr.based on experience and qualifications.

• We are looking for a generalhandymanwithflexible working hours,(at the beginning while on training the working hours will vary from6:00am-4:00pmor until the work is done; after training the hours may change.)
• Candidate must have the experience & ability to dogeneral construction work, including but not limited to painting, drywall, flooring, snow removal, and any other miscellaneous repairs.
• Must have a wide range of skills and experience onMaintenance and Repairsof Offices & Warehouse Facilities; Install/repair/replacewarehouse racks;(Any additionalinterior&exteriormaintenance/repairs work).
• Should have experience with using equipment, power/electric tools, hand tools.
• Should have a valid driver’s license and own transportation for commuting purposes. (Won’tbe diving a Company’s vehicle).
• Will be very helpful as well if they have experience and arecertifiedto drive a Sit-down Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack.This will be a plus but not required
