As a General Handyman at Superior, you'll be responsible for a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and other projects, working closely with account managers to ensure quality work. As a General Handyman, you'll deliver top-quality repairs and maintenance services to property management companies. You'll have the support and resources needed to succeed. Applicants should be able to perform tasks including blinds, carpentry, deck repairs, demolition, doors, windows, drywall, painting, fences, light plumbing, light electrical, pressure washing, punch list repairs, siding, roofing, lawn service, landscaping, appliance repair, gutter cleaning, gutter repairs, laminate countertops, insulation, tile, dryer vent cleaning, and refinishing (tubs, sinks, countertops).

Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman services including but not limited to light electrical, light plumbing, drywall, minor repairs, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect and diagnose problems, determining the best course of action for repairs within budget.
• Work efficiently and effectively individually, communicating with account managers and dispatchers.
• Provide feedback to management about issues on the job site.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in general handyman work.
• General Liability insurance preferred.
• Experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to operate various power and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Reliable transportation, tools, and ability to travel between sites.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, professional demeanor.
• Currently residing in the U.S.
