Job summary

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, part of Trinity Health, seeks a general gastroenterologist to join a collegial group of providers. The position includes outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, with dedicated endoscopy days and a GERD clinic capability on campus.

Board-certified or eligible candidates with MD or DO are welcome to apply. There is a Monday–Friday schedule with balanced call coverage and strong support from anesthesia and RNs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide general gastroenterology care in ambulatory and inpatient settings.
• Participate in consult service with hospitalist group and dedicated procedure days.
• Perform outpatient screening and diagnostic procedures and manage endoscopy suite activities.
