Job summary

RK Industries in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking a General Foreman – Plumbing to lead field crews and oversee plumbing installations on mechanical construction projects. You will partner with project managers and superintendents to keep work on schedule, ensure safety, and maintain quality craftsmanship on site.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, manpower planning, material scheduling, and collaboration with multiple trades to deliver successful projects and mentoring for the next generation

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level plumbing experience with leadership overseeing field crews.

Plumbing Foremen play a critical role in keeping mechanical construction projects moving forward safely, efficiently, and on schedule. By leading field crews, coordinating daily work activities, and overseeing plumbing system installations, they ensure quality craftsmanship, code compliance, and successful project delivery.

At RK Industries, you'll provide hands-on leadership in the field, managing manpower, material planning, productivity, and installation execution while partnering closely with project managers, superintendents, and other trades. What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate onsite plumbing installation activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage daily workforce planning, material and equipment needs, quality control, code compliance, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and customers to resolve issues, maintain productivity, and drive successful project execution.
