Job summary

RK Industries, LLC is seeking a Trade Foreman - Pipe in Cheyenne, WY. The role leads field operations on active construction sites, coordinating crews, planning daily work, and ensuring safe, on-time installation and testing of piping systems.

The ideal candidate is a Journeyman Pipefitter with leadership experience in commercial, industrial, or mechanical construction, and strong knowledge of welding, rigging, layout coordination, and code compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of piping installation safely and on schedule.
• Plan daily/weekly work, manage crew productivity, oversee material, tools and equipment.
• Support field execution through layout coordination, code compliance and quality inspections.
• Mentor journeymen and apprentices while collaborating with project stakeholders.

Pipefitter Foremen play a critical role in delivering complex piping systems safely, efficiently, and on schedule. From coordinating crews and planning daily work to overseeing installation, welding, rigging, and system testing, your leadership helps keep projects moving forward while maintaining the highest standards of quality and code compliance.

At RK Industries, you’ll lead field operations on active construction sites, supporting project success through workforce coordination, material planning, layout problem-solving, quality control, and mentorship of journeymen and apprentices.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate all phases of piping installation, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Plan daily and weekly work activities, manage crew productivity, and oversee material, tool, and equipment needs.
• Support field execution through layout coordination, code compliance, quality inspections, and real-time problem solving.
• Mentor and develop journeymen and apprentices while collaborating with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to drive project success.
