Job summary

RK Mechanical is seeking a Sheet Metal Installer / Pipefitter Foreman to lead field crews on industrial projects in Cheyenne, WY. Plan installation activities, mentor journeymen and apprentices, coordinate materials, and ensure code compliance and safety.

You’ll drive productivity, maintain schedules and budgets, document inspections, and collaborate with project managers and trades to deliver high-quality piping systems on time. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level pipefitting, plumbing, or mechanical construction experience with piping installation, welding, rigging, and system testing.
• Proven ability to lead crews, coordinate field operations, manage workforce quality, and maintain project schedules and productivity goals.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, code compliance, quality control practices, safety requirements, and mechanical system installations.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to mentor developing tradespeople.
