Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC in San Antonio is seeking a General Foreman to lead multiple self-performing crews on DoD projects. You will staff, train, and assess crew members while driving continuous improvement in finishes and other trades to meet project standards.

The role requires extensive carpentry and concrete knowledge, prior Journeyman/Foreman/General Foreman experience, strong leadership, and a willingness to travel to non-local sites. Lean Construction familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of carpentry and concrete is required.
• Experience as Journeyman, Foreman or General Foreman is preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities; respectful and humble demeanor.
• Willingness to learn Lean Construction or already knowledgeable in it.
• Willingness to travel to non-local job-sites.

• Other trades

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge in Carpentry and Concrete
• Prior Journeyman, Foreman and General Foreman experience
