• California licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience in financial services, business, or general liability litigation.

• Experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, and drafting dispositive motions preferred.
• Solid work ethic and passion for advocacy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Pay range: $145,000-170,000 per year depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle matters throughout California, with opportunity to work on state-wide cases.
• Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, manage document-heavy dockets.
• Draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial.
• Represent clients in the financial industry where applicable.
