Job summary

Steri-Clean Western WA & Portland OR is hiring a Junior Field Technician to safely clean and restore properties affected by biohazards, trauma, and hoarding situations. This role requires physical stamina, reliability, and a willingness to work hard through demanding tasks. No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided. The ideal candidate should be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs., and live within 30 minutes of the office. Additional perks include competitive salary and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Junior Field Technician Job Summary

As a Junior Field Technician at Steri-Clean WA, you'll respond to biohazard, trauma, hoarding, and extreme cleaning scenes. You will be doing work that genuinely helps people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. You'll work to safely clean, remediate, and restore residential and commercial properties, following strict safety protocols and company procedures from start to finish.

This is a physically demanding, emotionally mature role that rewards people who take pride in doing hard work well. No prior industry experience is required — we provide full training. What we're looking for is reliability, a strong work ethic, and someone who wants to build a career with a company that promotes from within. If you have previous experience in cleaning, restoration, moving, or construction, you may be an even better fit.
