You will operate under the supervision of the local General Maintenance Manager, adhering to maintenance schedules and guidelines, conducting inspections, cleaning, and repairing facilities, equipment, or fixtures.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $45,760 - $83,200
• Currently offering a $2000 sign-on bonus (for select locations)

Essential Functions

• Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Use work order systems for reactive repairs and documentation
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete required safety training for equipment and tools

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Comfortable working in various temperatures
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
• Vocational or technical certification and 1 year experience, or 2 years total work experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, or related fields
