Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Compensation:

• Salary range: $45,760 - $83,200
• Currently offering a $2000 sign-on bonus (select locations)

Essential Functions

• Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and assets using various craft skills and tools
• Use work order management system for reactive repairs and documentation
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete required safety and operation training

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights and on ladders frequently
• Comfortable working in various temperatures
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Vocational or technical certification with at least 1 year of experience, or 2 years of related work experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, or material handling
