• Salary range: $45,760 - $83,200
• Currently offering a $2000 sign-on bonus (for select locations)

Essential Functions

• Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and assets using various craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) with hand and power tools.
• Use work order management systems to support store repairs and document activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety and operation training.

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent ladder use and working at heights
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in various temperatures
• Valid driving record
• Vocational or technical certification and at least 1 year of experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, or material handling, or a total of 2 years of relevant work experience.
