URBN Inc USA is seeking an Equipment Operator to fulfill warehouse orders using powered industrial trucks and related equipment. You will support the team on the warehouse floor and help ensure timely, accurate order processing.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, capable of following instructions, and able to work overtime. Warehouse or manufacturing experience and forklift familiarity are a plus; strong safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED a plus.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Warehousing or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Forklift or heavy machinery experience a plus.
• Able to operate department-specific technology (RF scanners or touchscreens).

Role SummaryAn Equipment Operator is responsible for fulfilling warehouse orders using warehousing equipment such as powered industrial trucks (PIT) like forklifts, order pickers, or pallet drivers. They may also need to support their team on the warehouse floor, working together to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
