Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Plan, schedule, and coordinate all electrical construction activities, including manpower, materials, and equipment. \* Supervise and mentor electrical foremen, journeymen, and apprentices, fostering a productive and safe work environment. \* Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents to ensure accurate project execution. \* Implement and enforce all company and regulatory safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections and meetings. \* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules. \* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other superintendents to ensure seamless project integration. \* Manage project budgets, tracking costs, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. \* Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all electrical installations meet industry standards and project specifications. \* Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and other necessary documentation. \* Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. \* Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the field team. \* Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide input on constructability and scheduling.
