Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a General Foreman – Field Operations to oversee day-to-day field execution on installation services and electrical fit-out scopes. You will lead multiple crews, plan manpower, ensure safety, and maintain QA/QC across projects nationwide, with up to 50% travel.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of construction field operations experience and strong collaboration with Superintendents, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in construction field operations or skilled trades.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Experience managing multiple crews as a Foreman or General Foreman.
• Working knowledge of QA/QC processes and construction safety requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with Superintendents, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical projects preferred.

• Resolve field conflicts and support communication between field teams, project management, and subcontractors.
• Mentor and develop Foremen and craft personnel while supporting project setup, execution, and closeout.

Your Impact

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to hear, speak, and communicate effectively. Work occurs in data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.

Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Employees must lift at least 50 lbs, perform overhead work for extended periods, climb and carry ladders up to 12 ft, navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts.

Employees must access restricted areas (e.g., switchgear rooms, vaults, tunnels, crawl spaces), wear full PPE, have good vision and hearing (normal or corrected), and accurately identify colors. Some projects may lack food facilities, requiring employees to bring meals and snacks.
