42 North Dental in Charlotte, MI is seeking a dedicated General Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care from initial exam through treatment planning and delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a performance-based earnings model up to 36% of collections.

This full-time role offers a stable schedule (Mon-Thu, 8AM-5PM) and benefits such as health insurance, vision, dental, 401K, CE opportunities, and more.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
