Job summary

42 North Dental in Charlotte, MI, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to manage the complete patient experience from exams to delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a Monday–Thursday 8AM–5PM schedule with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections and generous benefits to eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.

Education
