Job summary

42 North Dental in Charlotte, MI seeks a Full-time General Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam to care, offering in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

You will work Monday–Thursday 8AM–5PM with a daily guarantee or a share of collections up to 36%, and enjoy comprehensive benefits plus education opportunities through Harvard Rounds Network and internal CE events.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
