Job summary

42 North Dental in Michigan is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team in Charlotte. You will oversee the complete clinical patient experience from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Earn up to 36% of collections or daily guarantee, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education

Education
