Job summary

42 North Dental in Enfield, CT, is seeking a General Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam to completion of care. In-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers up to $180,000-$250,000 USD annually, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. 4-5 days a week, 8AM-5PM, with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.
