42 North Dental is seeking a General Dentist to join a busy practice in Enfield, CT. The Dentist will manage the entire patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

This role offers up to a 36% collections-based earning potential and a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time schedule, with 4–5 days per week, 8am–5pm, and robust benefits and CE opportunities.

Formación

• DDS or DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
• Keep up-to-date with developments, technologies and best practices.
