Job summary

Ideal Dental seeks a PRN/Floating General Dentist to support our practice network on an as-needed basis. This clinician-led group offers flexible scheduling, a strong support system, and opportunities for growth into full-time roles or joint ventures.

You will work with cutting-edge tech, including AI diagnostic tools and iTero scanners, while delivering high-quality general and cosmetic dentistry to patients across our Winston-Salem/High Point corridor.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school.
• Active or pending state dental license.
• Passion for patient care and teamwork.
• Comfort with flexible, PRN scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general and cosmetic dentistry services (fillings, crowns, bridges, molar endo, Invisalign).
• Build relationships with patients and team members.
• Provide high-quality, ethical care with a focus on long-term outcomes.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists for referrals.
