DECA Dental Group | Ideal Dental is seeking a PRN/Floating General Dentist to support our High Point–Winston Salem network on an as-needed basis. You’ll perform general and cosmetic dentistry, deliver patient-centered care, and collaborate with a broad team across multiple practices.

This role offers flexible scheduling, production-based compensation, access to advanced technology, and pathways to future full-time or joint venture opportunities within a growing dental network.

Qualifications

DDS/DMD degree from a U.S. dental school.
Active or pending state dental license.
Strong interpersonal communication and patient-relations skills.
Interest in flexible PRN/floating roles across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

Deliver general and cosmetic dentistry services (fillings, crowns, bridges, molar endo, Invisalign).
Build meaningful relationships with patients and team members.
Provide ethical, high-quality care with focus on long-term outcomes.
