DECA Dental Group | Ideal Dental is seeking a PRN/Floating General Dentist to support our practices between High Point and Winston-Salem. You’ll work on an as-needed basis with production-based compensation, flexible scheduling, and access to cutting-edge technology.

You’ll deliver general and cosmetic dentistry, build patient relationships, and collaborate with in-house specialists. This role offers work-life balance with potential to grow into full-time or joint venture opportunities.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school.
• Active or pending state dental license.
• Passion for patient care and strong interpersonal communication.
• Desire to contribute to a guest-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional general and cosmetic dentistry services (e.g., fillings, crowns, bridges, molar endo, Invisalign)
