We are looking for an exceptional General Dentist committed to providing excellent patient care to join our DECA Dental Group Ideal Dental as a FLOATING / PRN dentist. This position is on an "as needed" basis, offering great work-life balance and the flexibility to work when you want.

The dentist will handle general dentistry cases such as molar endo, crowns, bridges, fillings, Invisalign, etc.

Access to internal specialists in OS, Perio, Endo, and Ortho for referrals.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and growing long-term guest and team relations
• Providing a broad range of general and cosmetic dentistry to fee-for-service and PPO patients
• Pursuing ongoing clinical education and collaboration with other doctors
• Maintaining the highest standards of care, ethics, and professionalism

Requirements:

• DDS / DMD degree from an accredited university
• Desire and ability to connect with and serve guests
• Active or pending State Dental Board License
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
