Ideal Dental in Wilson, NC is seeking a General Dentist for a part-time role (2-4 days per week) with a flexible schedule. This position offers production-based compensation and a potential practice ownership opportunity, including joint venture possibilities at sought-after retail locations.

You will join a clinician-founded, clinician-led DS0 with extensive CE opportunities, mentorship, and high reimbursement rates for PPO and fee-for-service guests.

Qualifications

• Establishing and growing long-term guest and team relations
• Providing mostly fee-for-service and PPO guests with a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, molar endo, and Invisalign
• Pursuing lifelong clinical learning and education with a collaborative group of doctors
• Assuming the quality of care for guests while adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism
