DECA Dental Group | Ideal Dental is seeking a PRN/Floating General Dentist to support our High Point and Winston-Salem area practices on an as-needed basis. This role offers production-based compensation, flexible scheduling, and access to advanced technology while enabling work-life balance and short-term shifts.

You will join a clinician-led network with comprehensive in-house support, specialty referrals, and growth potential toward full-time or JV opportunities within a growing dental

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school.
• Active or pending state dental license.
• A passion for patient care and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• The desire to contribute to a supportive, guest-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional general and cosmetic dentistry services (e.g., fillings, crowns, bridges, molar endo, Invisalign).
