Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited DDS or DMD program.
• A current, unrestricted New Jersey dental license, or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey.
• Valid DEA number and CPR certification.
• Gentle chairside manner and the ability to explain treatment in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver a full range of general services including restorations, crowns, root canals, extractions, and periodontal therapy.
• Review radiographs and intraoral images with patients to explain options.
• Work with assistants and hygienists to keep the schedule running smoothly.
• Document care, follow safety, privacy, and sterilization standards.
• Coordinate with specialists and the dental laboratory for complex cases.
• Mentor team members and help shape the standard of care in the office.
