i4 Dental Lab in Rochester, NY is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a patient-focused practice. Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active New York dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative, crown and bridge, endodontics, and extractions.
• Present treatment plans clearly and build lasting relationships with patients.
• Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to deliver an excellent patient experience.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow all state and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in continuing education and help grow the practice.
