Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active New Jersey dental license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain one promptly.
• Current DEA registration and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with digital radiography, intraoral scanners, and modern practice-management software.
• Prior experience is preferred, and motivated recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and create treatment plans for patients of all ages.
• Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, and extractions.
• Deliver preventive care and educate patients on long-term oral health.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and dental lab partners to ensure precise, timely restorations.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection-control and OSHA protocols.
• Communicate treatment options clearly and compassionately so patients feel confident in their decisions.
• Participate in team huddles and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical workflows.
