Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners' Smile Exchange of Springfield is seeking a General Dentist to join a busy, family-oriented practice in Delaware County, PA. The role offers a minimum $200,000 annual salary with unlimited earning potential based on collections and a no-Medicaid patient base.

You'll work with modern digital technology, enjoy mentorship and a Doctor Development Plan, and have a clear path to partnership while supported by a dedicated team and a strong patient flow.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals), iTero scanning.
• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative, extraction, crown & bridge, and endodontic procedures.
• Leverage state-of-the-art technology and team collaboration to deliver patient care.
• Participate in mentorship and Doctor Development Program.
