Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions.
• Conduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminology.
• Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as needed.
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards.
• Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for diagnostic purposes.
• Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday

Compensation

paid at 35% of adjusted production (Quarterly bonus)

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active (or eligibility for) Massachusetts dental license
• DEA license and CPR/BLS certification
• Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients preferred
• Strong treatment-planning and case-presentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and patient care
• Open to mentorship and working alongside specialists in a multi-specialty setting
• New graduates welcome; experience in similar practice environments is a plus
