Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a General Dentist to join our team in Torrington, CT. The role supports 2–5 days per week, 8AM–5PM, with compensation up to 36% of collections.

This opportunity is suitable for part-time or full-time engagement, with a patient-focused approach and access to comprehensive benefits. The dentist will handle the full clinical patient experience—from exam and treatment planning to care delivery—covering periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics as needed.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
