42 North Dental in Torrington, CT, is seeking a General Dentist to oversee the entire patient experience from initial exam to delivery of care, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

The role offers 2-5 days per week, 8AM-5PM, with compensation up to 36% and full-time benefits when eligible. A DMD/DDS, active state license, Hep B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification are required.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
