Job summary

West Coast Dental Administrative Services LLC is seeking a General Dentist focused on Pediatrics in Rialto, CA. The role offers a generous base with commission, a $5,000 signing bonus, and opportunities for professional growth within a large, multi-office practice system.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree and active California State Dental Board license.
• Nitrous Sedation Certification and DEA, CPR, and NPI are required.
• Active Malpractice Insurance; Oral Conscious Sedation certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients to promote trust and a positive experience.
• Collaborate with the office team to support patient care and office efficiency.
• Understand and explain PPO, HMO, and other dental plans to optimize patient benefits.
• Address patient concerns and provide comfort regarding treatment.
