Desort is seeking a compassionate General Dentist to join our Midland, Texas practice. You will provide comprehensive care, craft individualized treatment plans, and educate patients on options while maintaining strong patient relationships and high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school or currently enrolled in an accredited program leading to DDS/DMD.
• Current license in the state or eligibility for licensure.
• DEA credential or ability to obtain it.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain it.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on options.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships through exceptional care and communication.
