Desort is seeking a General Practice Dentist for our New Braunfels, TX practice. The role offers clinical autonomy with mentorship and continuing education, welcoming both new graduates and experienced dentists.

You will diagnose, plan, and perform comprehensive general and cosmetic procedures while building strong patient relationships and upholding high professional standards in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Current or eligible dental license required to practice.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing clinical education and professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other dental professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and cosmetic general dentistry services.
• Diagnose oral health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform procedures including crowns, bridges, endodontic procedures, surgical extractions, and clear aligner treatment.
• Establish and maintain long-term patient relationships.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow safety standards.
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members and participate in mentorship.
