Job summary

Desort is seeking a General Dentist in Lubbock, TX to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. The role welcomes both new graduates and experienced dentists with access to mentorship and ongoing professional development.

You will diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, perform restorative procedures, and educate patients on care options while maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Current or eligible dental license
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a dental team
• New graduates and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients
