Job summary

42North Dental in Michigan is seeking a full-time General Dentist. The role involves the complete clinical patient experience from exam and plan to care delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Position details: 1-3 days per week, Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM, with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections. Benefits include health and dental plans, 401K, CE opportunities, and more.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
