Job summary

42 North Dental in Michigan seeks a full-time General Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam to treatment planning and delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a focus on high-quality care.

The role offers a Monday–Thursday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM, with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, plus benefits and CE opportunities with Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Review and update patients' dental records.
• Review x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and surrounding tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
