Job summary

42 North Dental in Michigan is seeking a Full-time General Dentist to join our team in Saginaw. The role includes patient exams, treatment planning, and delivery of comprehensive care from preventive to surgical services, with in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics.

You will enjoy a daily schedule 8AM to 5PM, 1-3 days per week, with a guaranteed daily rate or a 36% collections share, and benefits including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401K, CE

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Active state license to practice dentistry in the relevant state.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health and options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality of care and professional ethics.
• Keep current with new developments and CE opportunities.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited)

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current BLS or CPR certification
