Iowa Primary Care Association seeks a General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care in a vibrant community health center in Ottumwa, Iowa. The role supports an integrated care model with medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services.

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Ottumwa, Iowa!

What is a community health center (FQHC)?

The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations.

With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

Role Details:

• Hours: flexible within the clinic hours of Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
• Sees on average 12-15 patients per day
• Provider team includes: 6 dentists, 1:1 dental hygienist ratio, & 1:1 dental assistant ratio
• EHR: Ochin Epic

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
