Job summary

Prosperity Placement Solutions is seeking an Associate General Dentist to join a well-established practice in a full-time capacity. You will operate Monday through Friday, earning 30% to 35% of net collections with a secure daily guarantee, ensuring a stable income while building patient flow.

The role emphasizes comprehensive dental care, modern diagnostics, and team collaboration to deliver high-quality oral health services with strong patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active, unencumbered state dental license (or eligibility to obtain one prior to start).
• Current CPR/BLS certification and valid DEA registration.
• Open to experienced clinicians and strong new graduates (GPR/AEGD preferred).
• Strong chairside manner with emphasis on patient comfort and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Provide standard general dentistry procedures, including restorations, endodontics, extractions, prosthodontics, and preventative care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and proposed treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation using EHR / practice management software.
• Lead and collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient daily workflow.
• Comply with all regulations including OSHA and HIPAA.
