Gold Coast Dental in Texas is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive dentistry and help grow a new practice. This role emphasizes advanced procedures, long-term patient relationships, and performance-based compensation as the practice expands.

You will manage a wide range of treatments, from root canals and extractions to implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, and preventive care, while delivering exceptional patient experiences and educating patients about options.

What You'll Be Doing

Our ideal dentist is confident managing a wide range of procedures, including:

• Molar root canal therapy
• Single-tooth and surgical extractions
• Implant placement and restoration (preferred)
• Full-mouth rehabilitation and comprehensive treatment planning
• Restorative and preventive dentistry
• Delivering exceptional patient experiences while educating patients on treatment options

Compensation

• Earn 25% of collections
• No earnings cap—your income grows with your productivity
• $800 daily guarantee during your first 90 days while patient volume develops
• Strong long-term earning potential in a rapidly growing practice

Practice Environment

Schedule

Our practice offers extended hours to better serve our community.

• 11-hour shifts
• Evening availability until 7:00 PM
• Some Weekend availability
