Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a General Dentist (DMD/DDS) to manage the full patient care experience in a multi-disciplinary practice. The role offers opportunities in periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with in-office oversight of treatment plans and records.

Position can be 2–5 days per week, with compensation up to 36% of collections and benefits for full-time staff. A supportive, educator-friendly environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans.
• Maintain and update patient records.
• Review X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics; pursue ongoing education.
