Job summary

42 North Dental in Michigan is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our Charlotte, MI practice. You will deliver the full clinical patient experience from exam to care, with in-office services across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer a competitive annual rate of $150,000–$250,000 USD with a guaranteed and/or 36% of collections earning model. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), CE opportunities, and unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education courses.

Education
