Job summary

42 North Dental in Michigan seeks a Full-time General Dentist in Charlotte, MI to oversee the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam to treatment delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The Dentist role offers a Monday–Thursday schedule (8 AM–5 PM) with a daily guaranteed pay or up to 36% of collections, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standard of care and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
